Dehradun, Nov 4(PTI) Taking time from his busy schedule,
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank today
flew to his native village Pinani at Pauri district.
As the chopper landed near the village, scores of
villagers greeted Nishank and raised slogans in his support.
They also garlanded the Chief Minister and sung traditional
songs.
"I have loved my soil and with the blessing of my own
people, I have now become the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand,"
Nishank said and pledged to provide all kinds of modern
facilities to Pinani, where he met his relatives. PTI
